Bosso Court

At Bosso Court in Minna the work was refurbishment of existing residential stock - opening up what previous decades had built, keeping what deserved keeping, and rebuilding what did not. The photographs here are from the works themselves, because that is where refurbishment is won or lost.

Every wall we opened was inspected before it was closed; every course of new blockwork was checked twice, the way all of ours is. The estate's houses went back to their owners with their history intact and their next fifty years secured.
