Handed over finished, or finished by you?
Finished means floors, joinery, kitchen, bathrooms, glazing and lighting, handed over ready to live in. Semi-finished is the same structure, the same envelope, the same services, with the finishes left to you. The specification that separates the two is published room by room, and it is never fine print.
What is the house for?
It changes nothing about the price and everything about how we talk to you. Say it plainly.
How would you like to pay?
The published plan runs eighteen months against a twenty-four month programme. The entry deposit and the schedule of instalments are issued with the first contracts, and nobody is asked to sign before they have read them.
When would you like this to begin?
Ground breaks in September 2026 on a twenty-four month programme, photographed and dated as it goes. There is no wrong answer here, including the last one.
Who should the engineer write back to?
An engineer replies, not a sales agent, and usually the same day. Two lines are needed. The rest is yours to give or keep.
