Wiser Court

Wiser Court came to us as lived-in housing stock: sound structure, tired surfaces, and residents who had no intention of moving out while the work happened. The commission was a full refurbishment across the estate - envelopes, wet areas, kitchens, finishes and external works - delivered street by street so the estate never stopped being a home.

The refurbishment was run to the same register as a new build: every stage inspected before it closed, every finish checked against the schedule, and the streetscape handed back cleaner than we found it. The estate reads as one composed place again - which is what an estate is for.
